1. 適用範囲1. Scope
本ポリシーは、サンカクテックラボが提供するSquat Alarmのアプリ本体、プロダクト詳細ページ、問い合わせフォームに適用されます。App Store、Googleフォーム、iOSなど第三者が提供するサービスには、それぞれの提供者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。This policy applies to the Squat Alarm app, product detail page, and support contact form provided by Sankaku Tech Lab. Third-party services such as the App Store, Google Forms, and iOS are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
2. アプリ本体で保存するデータ2. Data stored by the app
アプリは、アラームの時刻、繰り返し、スヌーズ、ラベル、サウンド設定、タイマー設定、タイマー履歴、進行中または未完了のチャレンジ状態、スクワット検知の感度設定、日別スクワット回数、累計スクワット回数、オンボーディング完了状態を端末内に保存します。これらは、アラーム、タイマー、スクワットチャレンジ、記録表示など、アプリ機能を提供するために利用します。The app stores alarm time, repeat rules, snooze, labels, sound settings, timer settings, timer history, active or unfinished challenge state, squat detection sensitivity, daily squat counts, total squat count, and onboarding state on your device. This data is used to provide app features such as alarms, timers, squat challenges, and record views.
3. 端末上で処理するモーション情報3. Motion information processed on device
スクワット検知では、手に持ったiPhoneの動きをCore Motionで取得し、端末上で処理します。モーション情報そのもの、スクワット検知の途中計算、端末の動きの生データを、開発者が運営するサーバーへ送信することはありません。For squat detection, motion from the iPhone in your hand is obtained through Core Motion and processed on the device. Raw motion data, intermediate detection values, and device movement data are not sent to developer-operated servers.
4. 利用する端末機能4. Device features used
AlarmKitは、アラームとタイマーの予約、鳴動、停止制御のために利用します。Core Motionは、スクワット検知のために利用します。これらの機能は、アプリの主要機能を提供する目的でのみ利用します。AlarmKit is used to schedule, ring, and control alarms and timers. Core Motion is used for squat detection. These device features are used only to provide the app’s core functionality.
5. 使用していないデータ・機能5. Data and features not used
現在のアプリは、カメラ、マイク、写真ライブラリ、位置情報、連絡先、HealthKit、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキング用SDKを使用していません。また、アプリ内データを広告目的、第三者広告、データブローカーへの提供、他社サービス横断のトラッキングに利用しません。The current app does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, location, contacts, HealthKit, advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. In-app data is not used for advertising, third-party advertising, data broker sharing, or tracking across other companies’ apps or services.
6. 問い合わせフォームで送信される情報6. Information submitted through the contact form
問い合わせはGoogleフォームで受け付けます。フォームでは、返信先メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、対象サービス名、端末名、iOSバージョン、アプリバージョン、その他ユーザーが任意で入力した情報を送信できます。これらの情報は、問い合わせへの返信、不具合調査、品質改善、不正利用防止のために利用します。Support inquiries are handled through Google Forms. The form may collect your reply email address, inquiry details, service name, device name, iOS version, app version, and any other information you choose to submit. This information is used to reply to inquiries, investigate issues, improve quality, and prevent abuse.
7. 第三者サービスの利用7. Third-party services
問い合わせフォームにはGoogleフォームを利用します。フォームに入力された情報は、Google LLCが提供するサービス上で処理・保存されます。アプリ本体には、広告、解析、トラッキングを目的とした第三者SDKを組み込んでいません。The contact form uses Google Forms. Information submitted through the form is processed and stored on services provided by Google LLC. The app itself does not include third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
8. 第三者提供8. Sharing with third parties
アプリ内に保存されるデータを、第三者に販売、貸与、共有することはありません。問い合わせで送信された情報は、問い合わせ対応に必要な範囲でのみ利用します。ただし、法令に基づく場合、ユーザーの同意がある場合、または不正利用・セキュリティ上の問題への対応に必要な場合には、必要な範囲で情報を開示することがあります。Data stored in the app is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Information submitted through support inquiries is used only as needed to handle support. Information may be disclosed when required by law, with your consent, or when necessary to address abuse or security issues.
9. 保管期間と削除9. Retention and deletion
アプリ内データは端末内に保存され、アプリを削除すると通常は削除されます。iCloudバックアップ等のAppleが提供する機能によって保持される場合は、AppleおよびiOSの設定に従います。問い合わせ情報は、対応、再発防止、品質改善に必要な期間保管し、不要になった後は合理的な範囲で削除または整理します。In-app data is stored on your device and is normally deleted when you delete the app. If Apple-provided features such as iCloud Backup retain data, that handling follows Apple and iOS settings. Support inquiry information is retained as long as needed for support, recurrence prevention, and quality improvement, then deleted or organized within a reasonable scope when no longer needed.
10. 安全管理10. Security
開発者は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、紛失、改ざん、不正アクセスを防ぐため、利用するサービスの権限管理、アクセス制限、不要情報の削除など、合理的な安全管理措置を行います。ただし、インターネット上の通信や外部サービスの利用について、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。The developer takes reasonable security measures, such as permission management, access restrictions, and removal of unnecessary information, to help prevent leakage, loss, alteration, and unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission or external service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. 子どもの利用について11. Children
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を取得することを目的としていません。保護者の同意なく子どもが問い合わせフォームから個人情報を送信した可能性がある場合は、問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。必要に応じて削除等の対応を行います。The app is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form without parental consent, please contact us through the form so we can take appropriate action, including deletion where necessary.
